Location: the hotel was close enough to the biggest shopping mall, the airport and shopping centers and all the main restaurants. Al Salamah district was worth exploring.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist, who spoke English, was very helpful in accommodating our early arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and the rain shower was amazing after a long day of traveling. We loved the location which is near a lot of restaurants and one of the biggest shopping malls in this city. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast and enjoyed it in our room.
Nothing to be said.

We had a wonderful city break in a hotel located in the heart of a bustling neighborhood. the staff was warm and accommodating, especially Nahla, who helped us with smooth check-in and early arrival. the room was clean, spacious, and relaxing, with an amazing rain shower which rejuvenated us after long walks through the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was served in our room, and the location was just perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops.
The bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient, and after taking a shower, water spilled onto the floor making it messy. the menu card was not translated into English which made it a bit difficult for us to choose dishes.

Located in a bustling area with many food options and close proximity to a large shopping mall, this hotel is perfect for a business stay. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and spacious rain showers make for a comfortable visit. Especially noteworthy was the helpful receptionist who accommodated our early arrival and offered English language assistance. The breakfast was also enjoyable.
We had a negative experience with one of the female receptionists who was disrespectful to our elderly visitor, which put a damper on our overall stay.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is situated near excellent restaurants and one of the biggest shopping malls in the area. the staff was quick to respond to our needs and tried their best to accommodate our requests. The room we stayed in was clean, and the rain shower was a great way to unwind after a long day.
We encountered quite a few drawbacks during our stay. the lack of hot water in our room was a major inconvenience.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Jeddah, I had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and a big shopping mall nearby. It was also just a short drive from the airport. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, making sure that my room was clean and accommodating my early arrival. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly loved the refreshing rain shower after a long day of traveling. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated that they were able to bring it to my room upon request. I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
